1. Scope of processing

We will process your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “PD“) based on your subscription to the newsletter to the following extent: email address.

2. Purpose of processing

We will process your PD for marketing purposes: offering educational programs, sending information about the institute and events organized by it, in particular by sending emails (commercial communications within the meaning of the Act 480/2004 Sb., o některých službách informační společnosti).

In addition to the controller, your personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

5. Your rights regarding processing

Providing data is entirely voluntary—if you do not provide it, we will not be able to send you newsletters/news.

During the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • withdraw your consent at any time without penalty,
  • request information from the controller about what personal data it processes,
  • request an explanation from the controller regarding the processing of your personal data,
  • request access to your personal data from the controller and have it updated or corrected,
  • request the controller to delete your personal data or restrict its processing,
  • transfer your personal data to another controller,
  • unsubscribe from commercial communications within the meaning of § 7 zák č. 480/2004 Sb., o některých službách informační společnosti.
